ADMIN METHOD PROCESS
1) Buyer will make the payment to the admin.
2) Once the payment is received, the admin will confirm the seller of the successful payment and therefore the seller will ship the product to the prospective buyer.
3) Once the buyer receives the product, they need to make a video of the package unboxing capturing the courier sticker which will ensure delivery of the right item in good condition.
4) Buyer will confirm the admin the same and the admin will thereafter make payment to the seller which was earlier received from the buyer.
5) Suppose / By any chance while shipping if you receives Damage/Cracked package then also buyer have to receives/collect the package and have to make unboxing video of that same package and inform the same to both the seller and admin also.
6) After Payment Done by Buyer, Seller have to Ship the product within 2 Working Days. If Seller cannot ship the product within 2 working days after payment done by Buyer then buyer can take his amount back from admin.
7) If the buyer is returning the product back to the seller, the seller also have to make a video of unboxing post receiving the item. The seller will contact the admin in case of damage goods and share the video. Admin will investigate based on the unboxing video and will examine the packaging. If the packaging was satisfied and the product was still damaged, the admin can decide that the product was damaged during the transition. If the packaging was found unsatisfactory then the damage will be considered valid. Both buyer and seller will abide by the decision making of the admin since it will be based on visual proof.
8) Every seller should provide at least 1-2 days of testing warranty for any kind of fault/issue, & if everything goes fine, after buyer confirmation within 1-2 days, admin transfer the amount to the seller acc after fulfilling that testing tenure.
9) Who are buying seller warranty products please make sure that you buy at your own risk. If anything happens in future then please directly contact with the seller. Admins won’t help in this case. Also if buyer buy a seller warranty product via admin method then admin will take responsibility till product get delivered to buyer. After that in future if buyer wanna claim seller warranty or if buyer get any issue regarding that admins can’t help in that case then.
10) Under any circumstances if the buyer receives damaged / wrong item or empty package, only the seller will be held responsible and the deal will be off. The buyer is entitled for the full refund. This is followed to ensure harmony of the deal, to avoid scam and guarantee that both the party meet their needs. Sellers are requested to make any deal only if they are ready to follow the method.
11) In case of occurrence of any new situation or matter, which is not mentioned in the rules above. The admin will look into the situation closely and will make a decision to resolve the issue, which the buyer and seller will abide by or seller/buyer have to follow admin’s final decision.
12) Seller have to pay 1.5% to 2% as “Admin Method Process Charge” depending the on Deal Amount i.e. 2% if deal amount is below rupees 10000 and 1.5% if deal amount is above that.
NOTE: Admin can take up to 24 hours to release the amount to seller’s account after the buyer’s confirmation of successfully receiving a defect free product.
