Refund | Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

  • We provide 7 days of testing warranty on all the products sold on GPUHEAVEN.
  • Testing warranty starts from date the product gets delivered to our customer.
  • Customers can avail return benefit even on the products having official warranty in case they notice any issue/defect within 7 days of product delivery. For any issue that arise after 7 days customer have to visit the service center for replacement/repair of the product.
  • We always make a unboxing video whenever our customer return a product and customer also have to do the same whenever they receive a product from us.
  • Customer always need to provide a clear, uncut/unedited video proof of the product unboxing in case they received a physical damaged products.
  • we’ll provide the shipping back charges to the customer in case they received a damaged/defective product from our end.
  • No return of refund provided in case we receive back a physical damaged product or burned product.
  • we will not entertain the return if the product does not have any damage/defect but the defect is with your testing hardware. If we have such a doubt you will have to show us the fault of the product in our pc (via team viewer or anydesk) after you return back the product. If the product works perfect in our pc in that case your testing hardware will be considered to have some fault and we’ll ship back the product to you and you will have to pay the extra shipping charges caused due to your wrong judgement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the order amount after deducting a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-48 hours after receiving back the product.
  • Whenever you place a cancellation request please let us know via Whatsapp/Phone call to accelerate the cancellation process.

Return Process:

  • You must return the product with proper packaging in order to avoid any shipping back damages.
  • we’ll generate a free of cost pickup from your address using delhivery/dtdc courier according to availability. 
  • In case the product get damaged during shipping back process the buyer will be the one to bear the consequences. However a video proof will be provided by us to the customer for the same.
  • We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers and such a product will not be eligible for return/refund.
  • We can take upto 24-48 hours to refund the amount after receiving back the product.
  • Whenever you place a return request please let us know via Whatsapp/Phone call to accelerate the cancellation process.
  • On orders with payment method  “CASH ON DELIVERY” refund amount will be exclusive of the COD charges.
